Less than three weeks to go

The matting is down in the bows now as well as the stern.  Still lots of packing up to do.  We spent a lot of money in PC World yesterday, buying a new phone for Hazel, plus a tablet, plus a Mifi wireless broadband hub. We were there for four hours, and now the steep learning curve begins.

We also now have a tenant for our house, moving in on 24th May (our wedding anniversary).  We have decorators in at the moment, and will have to vacate our bedroom on Monday, moving to the spare room which is all newly painted.  Our spare beds, which were very comfortable but did not have fire safety labels, have been collected for disposal.

We will be selling our lovely useful Renault Scenic when we have finished with it in May. Only 73,000 miles after 12 years of use.  After that we will hire when necessary.  Already I have booked our first car hire for 3rd June when we drive to the Royal Albert Hall to see the Seekers in concert on their final tour.
